"Where there is a will there is a way"

Our proverb

  1. These type of expressions are sometimes so difficult to translate into another language whilst still retaining the original meaning. That's why finding their equivalent is so important, and difficult.

This one is very similar in French : Vouloir, c'est pouvoir

  2. The link took me to the FileDen page, so I didn't hear your recording. Could you see if it's just with me?
Anyway, in Portuguese this proverb is "Querer é poder!" and I've often mentioned it to my two sons (in college now) at times when they aren't too sure of themselves or their capacity to carry things through. Willpower is a "must" in achieving what we want and getting through life.
    Keep up the great work!
